Shipping policy

Heads & Tails ships items within the same business day and has tracking for all items vis Shopify. Responds to customers inquiries within 12-24 hours of receipt within store hours. We will gladly refund any items returned within the return policy guidelines and file claims for items damaged or missing from packages with proof. We also aid in additional tracking by looking into the delivery, this delivery was tracked delivered to their address on March 20, 2026 and customer inquired on a Sunday evening at 8pm that she did not recieve though email notification sent on same day for delivery
