      Merchandise

      Do you sell UCF merchandise? University of Miami merchandise?

      Unfortunately, at this time we do not sell any University of Central Florida or University of Miami merchandise. Continue to follow us as we are always looking for new ways to expand!

      What teams/schools’ merchandise do you sell?

      Our store currently carries the three major league sports teams in Tampa Bay, Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays, as well as the University of Florida, Florida State University, and University of South Florida.

      Do you buy sports memorabilia?

      Our store does not buy any sports memorabilia, signed items, or anything not from a licensed manufacturer.


      Shipping

      Where do you ship?

      Currently we are shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. with plans to expand our reach as we continue to update and improve our website.

      How long will it take for my order to get to me?

      Orders will typically ship within 48 hours, or 2 business days, during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons (Thanksgiving through the end of January and/or other seasonal sales) please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. Arrival times will vary depending on shipping destination and shipping method. All packages are shipping from Tampa, Florida.

      I placed an order over a week ago, but haven’t received my package yet. Where is it?

      First, check your tracking number that is emailed to you upon shipping. When there are severe weather warnings, shipping is often delayed. If this is the case, the shipping carriers do not reimburse shipping costs, therefore, Heads and Tails does not reimburse for severe weather delays. If you live on the west coast and chose Ground Shipping, keep in mind that your package will take roughly 7-10 business days to reach you… this means 10-12 days including the weekend. It is very important that you are proactive with missing or delayed packages. Once the package has left our store, it is out of our hands. Please make sure your address is correct, there aren’t any weather delays, and that you select the fastest shipping option that works best for you!


      Returns

      Do you accept returns or exchanges?

      We will gladly return any product purchased from our website for up to 30 days from date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

      Can I return my online order in person?

      If you reside in the Tampa Bay area and would like to return your product in person, we will gladly accept it. The return must follow our Return/Exchange Policy, which can be found here.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your items are inspected by the store and  approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow a 48 hour turnaround time for returned items to be inspected once received.

      Do you sell gift cards?

      Yes. Electronic gift cards may be purchased for online or in store use. Gift cards purchased through our website will be sent by email. Physical gift cards will not be shipped.
